Brand new BBQ place open above mother Kelly’s pub nice new interior kind of tex mex vibe going on which is cool. The food is good but it’s not BBQ like bison etc it’s more a grill. Went for the burger had a lovely charred tasted and lovely although a bit dry. Chips were hand made and delicious. Menu had chicken wings burgers a rib eye for 12 euro chicken and fish ribs too. Lovely staff very attentive and still getting to grips with the workings of a new kitchen all in all nice food and nice surroundings the visible BBQ is pretty cool to see also. They have craft beer Dungarvan & O’Haras…(not great!) on the menu but being above the pub I noticed a serving hatch so staff can leg it down and get you a pint of Heineken. The term «Diamond in the rough» is quite fitting for this place…
