Évaluation du lieu : 5 Dublin, Republic of Ireland
On a rainy day all I need is a warm cuppa and comfy chair to sink in. I heard about a new Java Republic café in Molesworth St so encouraged by the temporary shower-free weather I sneaked out to this new coffee house. Coffee is lovely: foamy, light and tasty. I could try two different blends, each named and introduced by the barista. Plus, cakes and pastries to satisfy your sweet tooth. The space is still shaping up but looks promising. Simplicity of forms and colours, with their signature white and yellow — well, light brown to be more precise — works for me. Tables sport nifty Java Republic quotes. If I am correct, I may have spotted a quirky old-school cast-iron furnace, which gives that space some unusual vibes. They also have another floor but I didn’t have a chance to check it out. With that extra storey, however, the café seems roomy enough to host some bigger events and parties. Make sure to stop by. I will definitely be back :-)
