It was a nice Irish Restaurant, waiters were welcoming and service was fairly quick. Food was good and tasted fresh. I would come back here again if I was in the area.

Tourist trap! For a 10 € breakfast I expected more than watery scrambled eggs, and bacon that seemed to have been laying between the stove and refrigerator since 1972. Service was not exactly rude, but far from friendly. Coming here was a terrible mistake.

Came here for my last dinner in Dublin for an «authentic» Irish stew. The stew I got was flavorless. I kept pouring pepper in hopes that it would taste good, and was tempted to ask for hot sauce. Really disappointing.

Food not so great at all, beer tasted as if it was watered down, and dim atmosphere. Would recommend to try elsewhere as there are likely many other better places to go and this restaurant did not leave me with a great impression.

Why eat here when there are better places you can eat for the same price in Temple Bar? The service was decent, but the food left a bit to be desired. Guinness stew tasted like Campbell’s soup that had been doctored up with a few chunks of meet.

What is the definition of «prawn»?
Jumbo shrimp comes to mind. Not miniature popcorn shrimp w/​out the breading. (see pic)
Pathetic & overpriced.
The server was good.
The cider was cold.
The experience did not make a good impression for the 1st restaurant I ate at in Dublin. Not one bit.

Little nice Irish restaurant just behind The Oliver St. John Gogarty. I had an Irish stew and it tasted like they took a little help from instant soup. And then the waiter owed me 12.95 Euros instead of the 9.95 from the menu. He apologized and corrected the bill when I noticed the fault. Nevertheless a nice place.
Update: Today I had Whiskey-​Sausages with peas and potatoes and they taste well.
