Rang Paul about getting a quote (he seemed annoyed at me for asking). The next day he never showed up. When I rang him an hour later to find out where he was I got a barrage of abusive and bad language from him.
Seems he called to the wrong address and this was apparently my fault even though the correct address was given to him. I have never dealt with a tradesman so angry and unprofessional. Customer service definitely isn’t his specialty.
