A great little gem in Rathmines that you’d walk by and not even realise it was there. I of course didn’t realise this until a flatmate of mine who was inclined towards musical theatre tried out for one of their productions, I being a person who loves music and theatre and music, but has no talent was blissfully unawares. The performers may be amateurs, but only in the sense that they aren’t paid. They put on stunning performances and it’s well worth the € 30 – 35 that you’ll pay for the price of admission. The sad part is that they only put on two performances a year, and unfortunately there won’t be anymore this year, good thing it’s nearly 2010 then! If you’re looking for a new cultural experience and you’re a fan of musical theatre this is your place!

Easily one of the most talented group of amature preformers I have ever had the absoloute plesure to see in action… really, I cant say enough and if their next venture is anythling like their version of the Producers we saw in the Gaiety Theatre last May then move over TV, I have a new god! Having said all that I have just checked their website and the next preformance is Gilbert & Sullivan’s HMS Pinafore — now I’m not a big G&S fan but because I know what these guys can do I’m definately going! The show runs from Monday, 16 November 2009 to Saturday, 21 November 2009 go, enjoy, tell them Q sent ya!
