Vlada is an excellent Classical Pilates instructor. Last week I was fortunate to have two individual sessions with her while visiting from New York. She is a very kind and gracious person, and has a bright sunny studio (as sunny as Dublin can be in November!) with traditional Pilates apparatus.
For those unfamiliar with the benefits of Classical Pilates I will list a few: lengthened muscles, improved posture, enhanced energy, increased mental concentration, prevention and healing of injuries, and an ENERGIZING workout. After a true Pilates session you don’t feel dead… You feel alive!
I implore folks to do some research. There is only one Pure Classical Pilates. There are MANY derivative approaches incorrectly called Pilates. Vlada is a well-trained and dedicated traditional instructor. I wish she could come back with me in my suitcase!
