This is the BEST place in the city if you’re looking for a really good Deep Tissue/Sports Massage. These guys know their stuff when it comes to treating sore and injured muscles. I’ve been here a few times now and cannot say enough good things! I’ve been having on going problems with the left side of my neck and left side of my upper back for ages(I’m a leftie) and I’ve had such a great deal of relief since attending the therapists at Therap-Eaze. Each visit I’ve had a combination of deep tissue massage, dry needling and laser therapy and after each visit I skip out of the place having had all the knots in my back kneaded out. I cannot recommend Therap-Eaze enough. I’ve been to a number of other clinics over the years but these guys are the only place that have done a proper and professional job. The clinic is very centrally located. It’s spotless and the staff are extremely friendly and professional!

My head was hurting… My mouth felt like powder… My body hurt everywhere… No need to say it, I didn’t climbed Mount Everest but had a big night the day before. Fortunately, there was a light at the end of the tunnel. A shiny light, appeasing, appealing and comfy: Therap-eze massage! As you know, massages are hangovered girls best friend. But with or without hangover, you can only have a great time at Therap-eeze. Situated in the most convenient place in Dublin(Suffolk st), the place is relaxing and cute. Melissa offered us a tea and a glass of water, and made us fill in a form about our health history. After bringing you in your massage room, Melissa took 5 full minutes to review my replies and explaining me exactly what the massage will be, and makes me choose which part she will be working on. THIS shows how great the service is, as most other massage place would just go ahead without asking or checking anything. What happened after… Is 1 hour of happiness and relaxation, hmmm… Come on, you know you want one… Leave the crowd and join the fluffy pillow addicts and this massage paradise!

I got a deep tissue massage here last week. The place was easy to find, right by the bus stop on Suffolk street. The venue was quiet, and they had an assortment of teas for you to choose from. The massage was good, and the therapist often asked me whether the pressure was fine and if anything is needed. The treatment room were quiet, which was surprising given the street it’s located on. They also had some relaxing music on. All in all, it was a nice experience.

What a lovely experience. I went to Siobhan after she had approached me and offered a great deal for an hour, for a massage of my choice. When I arrived, I was greeted by the lovely receptionist, who offered me a glass of water and the forms to fill out. Very friendly. Very professional. Then Siobhan came out and greeted me. Absolutely lovely and genuine lady. When I sat down in the massage room, we talked about why I needed a massage and what my usual aches and pains are(besides just old age). I then had the deep tissue, which was wonderful. And even though I thought I knew what was aching me, Siobhan got down to where I really needed work, and went above the hour to make sure I got the therapy there. I felt wonderful afterwards and slept like a log that night. The clinic itself is centrally located. It has a nice ambiance. Very fresh and warm feeling to it. The prices are average, though there are offers all the time, plus the option to sign up for last minute deals. I also noticed, when I was leaving, that they do Sundays. Great idea. I wouldn’t mind after a weekend of tough rowing.

I was recently here at the end of November for a massage just before celebrating my own Irish Thanksgiving. I had been baking ALL day long and was in serious need of a little TLC. So, I decided to book in for a massage. The building is located next to the major bus stop on Suffolk street. So although I had to navigate around a bunch of people to get to the door, I was able to find it quite easily. I ascended up the stairs, and was promptly greeted by a woman at the front desk. I was offered water, and given some forms to fill out. Shortly after filling out the forms, Siobhan came out to greet me and take me back to the massage therapy room. She made sure to ask about my health history, how I prefer to be massaged, so that she could tailor the massage experience directly to what I wanted. I was glad she asked too, because there have been a few times where I’ve been to a massage therapist and they did not go as deep as I would have liked. Siobhan took this into account, and made sure I received a good deep tissue massage. The oil wasn’t too much, the scents were not too much, the music was just right. It was probably one of the most relaxing hours I’ve had in a long time, and was exactly what I needed. Now, massages are not something I get particularly regularly, simply because they are a bit over my own personal budget. The deep tissue massage ran for 75 euros for an hour. So, I only ever save massages as a nice treat. However, they seem to run monthly specials on their website that are quite decent. The next time I do get a massage, would likely come here again.

Thanks very much to Siobhan(the owner) for a very lovely and rejuvenating deep tissue massage. My experience was a good one. With aches and pains in my back and ankle Siobhan set to work on making me at my ease. Met with a smile i was offered a drink and i chose to go for a very refreshing herbal tea. The room i was brought into was very relaxing, with some low music for atmosphere and some burning incense. I was asked if it was ok to burn the incense which was nice as some people may not be so keen on it. So onto the massage: I was asked how i liked the massage so that the session could be tailored to my needs and preference. I do not like the way some masseurs simply rub oil onto you and rub you down! I like a good bit of pressure which i got and ended up feeling like all my aches and pains were banished. I highly recommend coming here if you like a good deep tissue massage and the central city location if perfect.

Called in, I was told my injury is curable and shouldn’t be any problems with the treatment, so I popped in straight away. As I wasn’t sure, what was wrong with my knee, I was seeking for diagnosis first. Woman, who inspected me, couldn’t do diagnosis to me. Disappointment. I had a guess of from what I could be suffering. Your woman would talk around the issue without trying to diagnose it and give me proper treatment. I was treated with laser(Thor). After my repetitive question«what exactly is my knee’s problem?», what told that laser will take care of whatever the problem is in that area. Ok, sorry, but I want to know what’s wrong first. That’s why I came here. To diagnose and then heal the wound. I didn’t get the answers I was looking for. Without diagnosis I was informed straight away that I’d need from 6 to 12 sessions. Couldn’t believe it. Never coming back here. It all seemed unprofessional. I was informed more about how laser works and how NASA and many professional sports players are using it, but less talk about what exactly is wrong with my knee and how it originated. Maybe that laser is great and does it’s magic, but I came for diagnosis first and got started treated without one. That’s not clever or I’m ignorant to think so? Price is relatively cheap(€ 40). They do sneaky discounts saying up to 25%, where I doubt anyone will get the whole 25% off, they would give you half of it. Lastly, this is only me, and I might be wrong here, but my experience and opinion are stated above. Let me know, if you’ve encountered it otherwise.
