Hands up, I struggle with the most important meal of the day. Im just not good with solids in the morning. Boost in DD shopping centre has a range of really tasty and smoothies to get a decent but healthy dose of sugar.
At € 4.50 it doesn’t cost an arm and a leg and is a genuine pick-​me-​up plus a healthier alternative to coffee. I recommend the breakfast to go with muesli in it or the strawberry fantasy for a nice banana and strawberry mixture. I also found the fact that you get to watch the fruit smoothies being made live very a-​peeling… (sorry).
Well worth a visit. Could be a good way to get the younger generation to get their five-​a-​day!

If you’ve overdosed on coffee for the day but in need of some quick energy, why not grab a smoothie to sip on while wandering around the shops in the Dundrum Town Centre.
Boost is a juice bar on the second floor of the Shopping Centre, located right next to the escalator. There are lots of combos to choose from. I recommend the banana-​vanillayoghurt-​boost. You can also get freshly squeezed juices and as the counter is lined with fresh fruit you know you’re in for a treat. Its not cheap but it sure is tasty, and healthy, and gives you exactly the boost you need to stay sane inside the mall.
