After moving near the Gallows I started frequenting Aylmers. It is a grand auld pub tucked away from the rest of the pubs in town, but still only about a seven minute walk from the town centre. There always seems to be a good crowd at the pub and the staff is very friendly. They have a pool table and darts and are conveniently located next to a chipper and bookie so if your into horse racing or sports your sorted sure.
