Great advice and prompt attention to queries. I’m in the process of renovating an old house and every time I’ve turned up at the eleventh hour with an odd-​ball requirement I’ve had the best of guidance. Couple that with the most competitive prices on kit and you can see why the ratings are so high.

I needed a new kitchen… thought, I’ll get 3 quotes, shop around for the best deal and by Christmas I’d have a new kitchen.
Woodies was the first stop on my shopping list for the kitchen… however, it ended up being my last stop. I was so happy with the attention, advice and time frame i was given. I put my deposit down right away. The kitchen fitter was brilliant and had it all installed in one day! Within a few weeks of me looking for a new kitchen, it was installed and completely transformed in a completely different layout. They arranged everything for me from the tiler, plumber, electrician and even the possibility of a plaster. It was all done and dusted by the end of summer!
The price was very reasonable and I was 100% satisfied with the service and after-​service (kitchen lift time guarantee)! If you are in the market of a new kitchen… definitely give them a look, you won’t be sorry!

I just cannot say a bad thing about this place! To me, it’s like a treasure trove of random bits for your house that you can go hunting in when your husband is off gawking at random planks of wood with that look of pure concentration on his face.
The staff are what make this place really special. Nothing is too much for them. And their selection of everything is brilliant. I often go in looking for one thing to find I’ll come home with a whole range of products I remembered I needed.
Coming up to Christmas, this place is generally full of bargains. I love it here and would spend hours getting lost wandering around!

Buying a new (Bosch) lawnmower after my two year old (Flymo) keeled over and died unexpectedly. Checked the price at a competitor and found it was about a tenner cheaper. The nice people at my local Woodies kindly matched and beat that price by another fiver, and all with a smile! Can’t argue with that (but I’ll let you know how I get on sorting out the old one with them).
