Went here. Was awful all old people. Then when i asked for shots the woman said they dont serve shots. I asked for a drink menu yet they didnt have one. Yet there was liquor all behind the bar. I ordered a beer it was decently priced. Thats about the only good thing i have to say about this establishment. Dont go here unless you’re looking to be bored to death and want moderately priced brew.

Was visiting Galway with our cousins and stopped into Lonergan’s for a pint. When we walked in, seemed like one of those classic movie scenes where the music stops on the jukebox and everyone stops and stares at the new comers. Our group braved the stares from the local patrons, and went up to order a few drinks. The bartender was very pleasant. We took our pints outside and sat at one of their picnic tables to enjoy the beautiful day. When we were finished our round I took our empties back in, which seemed much appreciated by the staff. Overall, nice pub, and great service even if you’re not a local.
