If you’re looking for an inexpensive, delicious, and quick dinner in Levanto, I can’t imagine it gets much better than Le Picea. The place is tiny, dominated by a beautiful and well-used, wood-fired oven. The menu consists of red and white pizzas as well as the local speciality, farinata, and everything can be eaten either at one of the few wooden tables inside or taken to go. One pizza is enough for a light dinner for 2, ranging in price from 5 to 11 €. We had their pizza with a simple and light red sauce, burratta, and arugula– it was close to perfection. The pizza, a large format beer, and 2 bottled sparkling waters was a very reasonable 14 €. The service is friendly, focused and quick, their ingredients are fresh, local, and seasonal.
