I lived in this hotel for a couple of months in 2011 and was over the top impressed. The staff here is incredibly nice and accomodating. Victorio, the owner, runs the hotel with his family by his side and you really feel like you’re part of that small town experience.
This is not a large chain hotel, it is super cute and elegant and something you could never find at any of the larger chains. The location is fabulous, right in the middle of Parma in Piazza Duomo. It is walking distance from anywhere in town and surrounded by some great restaurants, museums, and parks.
Every time I come back to Parma I stop by to say hello to these guys. They left a real lasting impression.

I love a place that pays such good attention to details. Our room was on the small side, but well-appointed and decorated with just the right blend of old-world charm and modern style and convenience. Everything was clean, new, freshly-painted. Our room had a PC with internet access and Sky TV.
The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The location, right in the center of town, would be pretty hard to beat (and despite this central location, we didn’t hear a bit of street noise in our courtyard-facing room).
The only disappointment was the breakfast, which was rather basic. On a 7-stop tour of Italy (all hotels in a similar price range), this was the least interesting breakfast we encountered. But! Definitely not a reason to stay somewhere else. Overall we were very happy with this hotel.

Our stay here was incredible! The spot is quite secure, steps from the Duomo, and a true *Must Stay* if you visit Parma. Don’t hesitate. Do it now. No second choices. Trust me.
Our spacious, impeccably decorated and spotless room was on the top floor, with a view of the piazza. Each morning, our wonderful custom breakfast was delivered right to our room, and enjoyed while a cool breeze invigorated us from our sound slumber.
The office hours are limited so just ensure you email or call ahead to arrange for owner (s) to meet you if you’ll be arriving late.
Italy is paradise on earth but, this place is paradise in Parma.
