Lost my brand new 30.00 shirt! Discovered after they had closed for the weekend. Called on Monday, but they were no help. Not only did we pay dearly, along with a tip, but now are also out the shirt! Check belongings before paying and leaving!

Great service! Got our clothes there by 8:30 am and they were ready by noon. She does not speak English, but with some hand gestures and a friendly attitude you will communicate just fine.

This place offers fast friendly service. Be aware that one «load» is very small. About the size of a waste basket. When you consider the size of the load, the fact that they wash, dry and fold you clothes for you, 15 euros isn’t too bad. Although they over dried all our clothes even after asking them several times to use low temp.
The daughter of the mother daughter team speaks English. Their hours are limited, M-​F 830‑1230.

Just like everyone mentioned:
1. One medium sized load (I filled up a plastic hotel sized laundry bag) is 15 euros. They ask you to fill the machine, put your name on a piece of paper and the lady took care of the rest. I came back around 2 hours and everything was folded in a plastic bag.
2. They open by 8:00am, but closes by 12:30 noon. Come early or else they will ask you to pick up the next day.

This is not the easiest to find, but if you use Bing Maps, it is right on (sorry Google). Its pretty tiny (4 – 5 machines) and the change machines failed several times, but overall it gets the job done well enough.

Cost is $ 15 Euro per load. You fill the laundry machine. Let them know if you want hit, warm, or cold water. They put detergent in, start it, dry and fold the close. You come back and pick your clothes up all done and in a bag.
Folding is not that great so pick up as soon as you can so that your stuff doesn’t get all wrinkled.
Hours were 8 – 12:30 when we were there.
Great solution to long travels and need to refresh your clothes.

The wonderful ladies of the Lavanderia Gabriella (who I think are mother and daughter) washed my clothes within three and a half hours, on a Monday when they were very busy. They even stayed open half an hour beyond their normal 14:30 closing time, to get all their customers’ laundry done.
At € 15 for each medium-​sized load, it seemed like reasonable value in a city with very few laundromats or launderettes. The ladies were very nice, and easy to communicate with — the younger lady spoke very good English.
Their lavanderia was easy to find using Google Maps, and was centrally located, about five minutes walk from the Piazza San Marco. I’d highly recommend their business to anyone who, like me, runs out of clean clothes in Venice!

You won’t be able to find the shop if it is closed because there is a sliding metal door that protects the store front, but if you go there during the week after 9am, you can smell the smell of warm clean laundry as you round the corner to establishment. The owners speak English or Italian. Both ladies are very nice. The older one is a typical Italian Nona who will tell you exactly what to do when. She isn’t very flexible, but she knows how to do a mean load of laundry! Being in Europe for 5 weeks with only 5 outfits, I was quite glad to pay the € 15 a load price to have fresh laundry. It was done very well, it was neatly folded and it smelled wonderful!
The shop isn’t open on the weekend and they close at 12:30 on Fri., but I was able to get my stuff back in 1.5 hours. It may take a tad longer is they are busy.
