Fukuden is one of the places us OLs (office ladies) in the area enjoy a heartwarming Japanese set. Although there ‘s only one lunch set on the menu everyday, the chef changes the menu everyday.
On Monday it could be a grilled fish, Tuesday could be a grilled scallops with sea urchin, somedays there are even tempura don (rice topped with tempura)!
The set comes with rice, pickles and a wonderfully soothing miso soup which I always ask for a refill.
The chef could look a little more friendlier since us girls all things he looks like a yakuza…
