This is Japanese style bar of station yard, JR Akabane station. Sake and wines are equipped with most Japanese brands, such as Suntory, Château Lion, Delica, and Kirin through its Mercian Corporation. Additionally, this bar cuisine is a creative cuisine with a mixing a skill of Italian cuisine into Japanese-style cuisine. For example, tofu Ahijo is a good example. The Tofu of this Tofu Ahijo is made with famous Akabane ‘s Tofu shop. Akabane is very popular in making Tofu which is made of curdled soybean milk. I love this dish. What I like in other is «Open grilled various kinds of vegetables». It is delicious well suited little salty and olive oil. Their prices are from 500yen to 700yen. Though this bar has other delicious dishes, I recommend this two dishes. Wines are only all of Japanese brands. Especially, I like Koshu wines in Yamanashi prefecture. The characteristics of Koshu wines that are made from the Koshu grape are typically a pale, straw colour and a soft, fruity bouquet with overtones of citrus and peach. The taste is often described as clean, delicate and fresh, considered a good match for Japanese cuisine. Their prices of Wines and sake are from 300yen to 600yen, by a glass of wine and sake.
