Higashi Yuenchi

Did you think Higashi Yuenchi (Yuenchi means an amusement park) was an amusement park? I was deceived. It was not an amusement park but a greenery park.
Here is also one of the grounds for Kobe Luminarie. I found some objects or monuments related to Hanshin Awaji Great Earthquake. Stands the memorial monument on which the names of late people are engraved in the earthquake.
