Great history and education on the sake process. Only 300 yen for adult entry — includes small sake bottle (pretty tasty), walk around museum (took us about 45 – 60 min but could maybe stretch it out a bit more if you read every description) and then a sake tasting at the end (2 sake and 1 soju).
Very detailed step by step process of how sake was made with all the tools that were used.
