In the Ebisugawa street, this doughnut shop is located. From the appearance it’s a bit difficult to notice it’s a doughnut shop. As soon as I enter the shop I can smell the nice oil frying the doughnuts. All the donuts that are just fried, will not be in clear bags so it is easy to know which one is just made. I chose the two for my light lunch. Every doughnut were unique as they were made from special brown auger called«wasanbon» or had cinnamon or maple. Some will be covered with brown sugar or maple sugar after you buy it. For eat in, I needed to chose one drink, which was from 400 – 500 yen. The doughnut itself is very light but tasty. As it’s very light it’s better to have it as snack. The café area are quite opened that it was quite ok to stay a bit longer during lunch time. While eating I could hear the timer ringing to let the clerk know that the doughnut were ready to be surved.
