This library is small one but you can be relaxed more compared to the other ones in Ota. There are not many people basically so very quiet and you can focus on your study and reading. This library is not huge so that the books and CDs you can rent is limited but the good thing is that even if you cannot find a book you would like to get, you can ask the other library in Otaku and you can ask to get it to your nearest library.
So you do not need to worry the case you cannot find what you would like to read or listen to. I often use this system for my university homework. You can also book books and CDs from your computer through the Internet. It has a small room for adult to use computer and one more room for studying room.
