A factory store of goma tofu, possibly for gifts and country inns. This is a goma (sesame) tofu, which is actually not a tofu. It rather tastes like soy sauce and soup. The tofu is not made of soy but of wheat etc. So, apparently goma tofu is not so healthy. The taste is good for a soup but again this is not a sweet. The staff told me it is easy to cut it with water flow. They have considerable kinds of goma tofu for four seasons, but this shop has only three as, she said, it expires relatively quickly. Overall, given the price ¥300, it was not satisfactory for me. Maybe I’m not a fun of goma tofu in general.
