Hotel ultra impeccable:
— Service parlant Anglais, rare.
— ultra efficace, des vraies perles (ils ont gardé nos valises entre deux voyages à Kamakura)
— Wifi ok, stable et couverture ok.
— douche/​bain ok (pression, temperature, propreté)
— propre, room service chaque jour avec changement de draps/​serviette et pyjamas tous les jours!
— pyjamas fournis, ainsi que cafetière/​thé, tv et frigo.
— brosse a dent fournie, rasoir, cotons tiges, brosse a cheveux, et ce, quotidiennement.
L’emplacement est formidable: à 400m de Shibuya Crossing, et juste à cote du depart de OmoteSando notamment (vers Harajuku)
Pas de couvre-​feu, il garde les clefs lorsque vous partez. Top.
J’y retourne des que je peux, c’est vraiment l’Hotel idéal pour découvrir Tokyo — Shibuya

This was a good hotel for the price we paid. The décor room is a little dated, but I liked the wallpaper — thankfully we didn’t get one of those pink rooms. The staff were all very nice and accomodating when we wanted our luggage held. You do have to give them your key when you leave the hotel. They did have a disclaimer that if anything were stolen, they would not be responsible unless it was left with them in safe downstairs. We didn’t have any problems with this at all.
PROS:
It is about a 10 minute walk to Shibuya Station and the famous Shibuya Crossing — Tokyo’s version of Time Square. Very close to shopping and tons of food.
The room was more spacious than we thought it would be — we were lucky enough to get a corner room. Plenty of space to have both of our luggages out. Bed was comfortable enough for firm sleepers.
Everything was very clean. They provided nice ammenities such as small foldable combs, toothbrushes, cotton swabs, bottled water, slippers, even PJs!
You get free drink tickets at the café downstairs.
CONS:
Very thin walls. You can hear pretty much everything. Thankfully our neighbors were quiet.
The toilet flushed for a very long time so it was a little disturbing each time we went to the bathroom.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. This is a very good option for travelers!

You get what you paid for.
For less than 100 $ a night I really shouldn’t be complaining… but I will. I have stayed at Tokyu Inn & Cerulean Hotel on my prior trips to Japan and yes I paid more but there were just too many problems with this hotel it seems unreasonable. I stayed here 7 nights and that was more than enough to make me dread returning to my hotel room.
The location is difficult to find because the small entrance is blocked by a pedestrian overpass. We had to lug our luggage from the Shibuya Station and luckily we found a (longer) way to, for the most part, avoid all the stairs but not the steep hill when departing because trust me, if you’re luggage is large and heavy, GOOD LUCK! This hotel is not as «convenient» as it looks on the map.
The lobby is small, and their english language proficiency is intermediate or less for most of the staff which is odd because they’re in the hospitality industry, smack dab in Tokyo where many english speaking foreigners stay?! They don’t allow you to bring guest to your room which wasn’t a problem but very odd especially because you paid for the room so you should be able to bring in a reasonable amount of people but I suppose the nightly rates are so cheap they don’t want the reputation of «love hotel»?
They make you give your room key at the front desk every time you leave, even when it is to the convenience store down the street! I am not sure why they don’t trust their clients with the key? The rooms themselves are pretty outdated but they’re going for a «european» look though it comes off as tacky and it’s a very girly hotel in décor and design. The internet is not so great, they provide a very tiny fridge, hot water maker and a small television but that’s about it. The door also has a rather large gap under it (so it doesn’t completely touch the ground) and you can smell cigarettes even when you’re in a «non-​smoking» room as well as hear noise as the walls are paper thin! I hated the «all in one» formula (shampoo/​body wash/​facial wash) that left me slimy no matter how much I rinsed so I went out and bought my own.
You get one free bottled water everyday of your stay — try not to complicate things as their english communication is very frustrating. This hotel is for the minimalist who plan on barely being in their room– sleeping purposes only– don’t expect must assistance or customer service if your Japanese isn’t fluent. I think I will book earlier and spend a little more to stay at another hotel.

Quaint hotel, close to Shibuya station. There is a bar/​café in the lobby, and you get a free drink ticket to use. The rooms are predictably tiny, but the price is pretty affordable. The only drawback I would say is the walk from Shibuya station, It seemed like forever since we had to lug our luggage there in the rain.

I’m used to travel, getting all kinds of hotels, from one to five stars but I’ve never experienced a place like that before.
First off, we booked (and fully paid) a non-​smoking room with Expedia and we got a smoking room. Yes, non-​smoking seems to be a «best effort» option for them and if they can’t fulfill this request you end up with a stinky room. To me, it’s like booking a double room and getting a single room.
All non-​smoking rooms were supposedly booked but after «trying» the room and negotiating for 30min, as a miracle, a non-​smoking room was suddenly available!
I will not comment on the outdated decoration or the level of english at the front desk.
Finally, I have never seen a hotel that refuses to let you in. But that’s what happens at Sakura Fleur when you want to get back to your room before 3pm. Supposedly for cleaning purpose, weirdly the same time that check-​in…
After leaving the hotel at 8am, walking around town for hours, I would have liked to rest when I got back at 2pm in the room I paid big bucks for. But no way at Sakura Fleur.
What a shame!

I came back twice for the pink peach-​scented toilet paper.
We stayed in a bunch of different hotels in Japan and this had the largest room for a decent price (relative for Japan).
Staff like pretty much everyone in Japan were super friendly and spoke decent English. Memory foam mattress is a great touch after a crapload of walking.
It’s only a 5−10min walk from Shibuya station and has plenty of good stuff nearby.
Can’t wait to come back.
