Apparently, you can’t FaceTime in this restaurant. I was told that it was not allowed by hand gestures and a «I’m sorry.» I spoke in my regular speaking voice and told the staff member that I’m not louder than any one else conversing in the restaurant but was shooed a big no. His lack of English and consideration was extremely frustrating and needless to say, I walked out. This left me with a huge negative first impression of this business and the Hyatt property it resides in. Big fail.

My husband and I had a plan to meet up with our parents and sister for dinner. And they were staying at Hyatt so we decided to just go there for a quick and easy dinner. It’s on the second floor at Hyatt Regency Tokyo. You go into the hotel and walk through the gorgeous chandeliers and you will see this restaurant called ‘Caffe’. First you’ll see the chefs cooking in the kitchen and loads of toys and variety of things displayed in many jars. They look so cute. We got a round table in front of the windows so we could see the garden. And that was nice. We ordered burgers, pasta, grilled shrimp and scallops and caesar salad. But this caesar salad never came to our table. anyway we also ordered some glasses of wine(1,300yen) and beer. Chardonnay was pretty good and mother enjoyed it very much. Foods were decent but we thought the burger was not 2,500yen good though we enjoyed the taste of home. We also had some deserts and we enjoyed our Tiramisu(1,300yen). Service was good. They all were professional except that we never got our caesar salad.
