Despite what the options shown on the menu, they really do one thing: noodles with sliced pork and broth. The items on the menu are just different combinations of the three. Basically you can have the noodles served in the broth or separately and you have one slice of pork or three. I had the noodles with the broth and the extra pork and it was delicious. If you’re not used to this kind of place you order at a vending machine to the left of the entrance, take a ticket from the machine, and then sit at the first open seat and put your ticket up on the bar ledge and wait for them to bring you your bowl. Water cups are provided and there is a fountain within reach of every seat. I’m not sure if there are other drink options. The vending machine features no English but it’s pretty easy to navigate as it only has a few buttons each representing one combination. Just look at the food models outside the door, note the price, and then hit the button with the same price. Insert your money and take the ticket when it prints.
