Those Japanese ramen snobs may talk shit about this place, saying this place is mediocre and I got no food pallet because I like this place… Well, l fuck you. I don’t come from fancy ass, entitled, privilege background like you. Excuse me for coming from peasant back ground as you refer to. Anyways. I f – kin’ like this place. ¥500 for standard ramen with free one noodle refill. And taste good. Milky looking broth is mysterious but tastes gorgeous. This is definitely not a miss.

I really enjoyed my Ramen here. The restaurant consists of the main Ramen counter, a six seater and a two seater and that’s it. It’s meant to be a quick meal and go type of place. The place has a pink pig about to slurp on some Ramen and Hakata Tenjin written outside. There are a few types of Ramen here and I was happy with my pork broth but most people in my group weren’t as happy with their miso broth. The food: Seaweed, spring onion and roasted pork fillet Ramen– I thought the pork broth was great, it was different than other Ramen places I have been to since the broth was milky and creamy. The broth had such a porky and rich flavor, it was great. The noodles had a nice chew and the pork meat had good flavor and texture, I do wish the pork was hot as opposed to room temp. The seaweed added a subtle crunch but was almost unnecessary, the spring onions added a nice hint of onion flavor. The egg was kinda bullshit though, who hard boils egg for Ramen??? I got so mad lol
