Fantastic food that reminds you of home. A must try if you’re craving a Tex-Mex flare!

Overcharged, the food is already all made. It’s just put together poorly. 100¥ for ONETORTILLA. Don’t pay with dollar because they will seriously jip you for your money. Don’t go here. Go to geodanas down the street

Because Mexican food is hard to come by in Japan, and when you do find it, it’s usually expensive, so have to settle with what you get. Especially in and around Tokyo. With Mike’s however, due to the portions, specifically the Hungry Hombre,($ 15) you get quite a good bang with your buck. The food quality is good, but not great; more deserving of 3 stars, though it gets a 4 for just being one of the few places in Japan to get decent Mexican food. There are bars and stands that sell tacos and whatnot, but Mike’s is pretty much the only full on restaurant in Yokosuka.

Food was great but too expensive. Chips and salsa were fresh and delicious. Devil’s Chicken was spicy enough to bring a tear to my eye! Portions were fairly standard for Japanese fare. Three dishes and a small appetizer cost 4,300 yen. Would visit again.

GREAT place to eat if you’re craving Mexican food. Conveniently located near the main gate, Mikes is on the second floor. It’s a smaller food joint, so you may have to wait for a table/booth if you go during a busy time. Don’t worry, the wait shouldn’t be too long. The waitstaff is very friendly and welcoming. The menu is in English and has a good variety of food. I’d recommend ordering something with a bit of spice or kick if you’re accustomed to robust flavored Mexican food. The Margaritas are pretty good and loaded as well.
