Can’t satisfied your tummy without Pan mee? Well, you have come to the right corner. I am pleased to say that this is the *BEST* Pan mee I ever had so far. The chinese uncle and aunty that I have known forever, I love especially the uncle make their lustrous succulent flat floured noodle(Pan Mee) and usually I requested(mit which means is to shred the noodle into a flat in balance shape). Moreover, they have two kinds of flat floured noodle either is dry or soup. Either way, it would be the softest noodle you ever ate. It sounds weird but I can guarantee through my experience. They are one of the BEST. One thing though, is that they are quite ungenerous with their ingredients. Majority are noodles along with some vege, shredded meat and anchovies. — They cost around RM5.50 for a big bowl and RM5 for a small bowl. If you don’t fancy Pan mee much, you could order their Yi mien — a chinese egg noodle. No doubt, they are pretty good with their noodle. Beware though, patient is required here as you have to wait for your turn all the time unless you come on weekdays or after lunch period or early in the morning.
