Carolyn’s School of Rhythmic Gymnastics

Carolyn’s School of Rhythmic Gymnastic is located at the 5^th floor of a carpark in Kota Damansara. Because of this, you don’t need to worry about parking as there’ll be 4 levels of parking to choose from. The coach, Ms Carolyn Au Yong, will only take in children up to a certain age (around 12) because she says that they are not as flexible as when they were younger so it’s harder for them to do the splits and stuff like that. However, if you’ve learnt gymnastics before at another school and you’re switching over to her school, she’ll take you in even though you are above 12 because you’ve already learnt gymnastics so you are still flexible. She just won’t take in students that are above 12 (take note that it may not be 12. It may be something like 13 or 14, it’s best to call her to confirm).
In CSRG, you can go for grading and perform you routine to the judges. This tells you what level you are at and if you can move on to the next level or not. Overall, it’s a good school for rhythmic gymnastics and I hope to see you there!

Carolyn’s School of Rhythmic Gymnastics, or more commonly known as CSRG, was set up by a former rhythmic gymnast and gold medalist, Carolyn Au Yong, who has chosen to be a rhythmic gymnastics instructor. CSRG is a school for gymnasts 3 years and above to learn different Rhythmic Gymnastics techniques and apparatuses, which are ribbon, clubs, hoop, rope, ball and free-​hand. Unlike Artistic Gymnastics, Rhythmic Gymnastics is currently only performed by women, so she only accepts girls. The price is affordable and you can park your car in the parking lot below the school. Also, while you’re waiting for your child to finish, you can play badminton in the courts or play football.
