Situated at the school beside jaya one, this place is very vintage theme section where you can get homemade, honey or peanut butter or nuts from Amazing graze, good quality sports wear and many more. handmade, nice korean clothes, sports wear, MBG fruits, Moo Cow and many more.
There is also notebooks and accesories, YOYO and iphone cases and many more creative items to get in an affordable price so come by and be inspired and get something you dont really see outside.

When Pop by Jaya One comes to my mind, I would think of a pop-​up book but in a shop like form. I found out about Pop through a friend who needed some photography done of the place for a Christmas project.
I’d say Pop is one of a kind shopping place because it allows anyone to open up their stalls to sell whatever they want. Every visit, there could be new and interesting knick knacks. The few permanent shops are MBG fruit stall and Mow Cow.
The other stalls that I know of are on lease for a certain amount of time. There’s no one really to serve you, so it is depends on you to go through the things there. More independence here.

Pop is perfect if you need a place to sell anything that you don’t need/​want. This place is located in a building called «The School» near IACT college at Jaya One, Petaling Jaya. Its extremely convenient to just come by here to buy or sell things. To get your small business and booth going, all you have to do is just apply and pay a fee. Fees vary from the size of booth. Everything here is DIY, which means you have to bring all your equipment and items to settings up or to decorate!
I came to pop with a friend of mine to support my friends who were selling their pre-​loved clothes and they told me that at the end of the day, they have collected enough funds to cover up the booth fee and also enough for each of them to spend on themselves! I was pretty impressed by the fact that they were able to sell off their unwanted items in one day. Pop by Jaya one also occasionally holds events. Sometimes there are book fairs, electrical fairs or even bazaars that go on here in Pop. One perfect example would be PopMarkets by Jaya One which is just a big bazaar that usually goes on during a weekend where all the online blogshops come here to set up their booths for customers to conveniently buy their products.
The atmosphere here during events is always filled with fun and joy. There are also variety of foods, clothing, accessories and other cute items that you can’t really find anywhere else being sold here! Every time i come here, i seem to always get the thing that i’ve been looking for a long time here in Pop.

Jaya One may be known for hosting bazaars but it can be too hot sometimes to walk out in the heat and browse the shelves to look for a good bargain. POP is the mall’s latest concept store which functions similarly to a bazaar but this time its there all the time instead of just weekends and there’s cold air conditioning available yay!
You can opt to be a vendor and rent the space at POP but that’s not all, if you have a full time job and have no time to supervise your stall then POP allows you the option to just set up your booth and items and they’ll have someone to take care of your store for you! It’s as simple as that. The catch is you do have to fork out a bit more for rental as they will be providing manpower to you.
I always find it interesting going through the stalls inside POP as there’s a variety of items on sale such as clothes, cute stationery, handmade greeting cards and even artisan skincare. It’s a great place to shop if you’re looking for an unusual gift for a friend as most of the stuff are quirky and interesting.
Just choose the item you want and bring it to the main counter to make payment. There is usually no queue at all and the place is pretty quiet for you to take your time and browse around.

Ladies, Ladies out there. This is a paradise for the ladies, why? Accessories, bag, clothing. There has it all. Hold on girls, there’s more. Let me tell you, they have occasionally a warehouse sales here in Pop in Jaya one, just last weekend. They are having LASCOT warehouse sales. Fascinating isn’t it?
Pop is located at Second floor, nearby the elevator, The School in Jaya One. Pop offers a wide array of ladies accessories, bags, sling bags and countless more. Whether is from artistic or modern, you won’t never get disappointed. Plus, you can get leather bags as well. Don’t worry, they acquired various international/​local brand and their products are pretty lasting. Besides, you could always count on their cute and cool design, from formal to casual. Moreover, they offers platform for any retailer that are interested to sell their product.
Apart from that, they sells amazing cute stationary as well, a totally great shopping place for the girls. Unlike any mall, there have not much crowd here and great ambient. How cool is that? I love their concept here and definitely recommend the ladies to come here.

I’ve always popped by POP (hahaha) whenever the curiosity strikes. The huge neon sign means you have to be blind to miss it. A relatively new retail space for vendors and buyers alike, you’ll find a large variety of items being sold here. The shops are separated accordingly so it feels like a market but without the noise and havoc. Instead you’ll find some retail assistants out and about, ready to assist.
You might see some familiar online brands like Itsy Beadsy and I Can’t Sew. But the good thing about this place is that there is a fitting rooms inside. Beats ordering your clothes online only to find it doesn’t fit.
For vendors, it is a convenient platform to sell your product without having to man the stall yourself. The design of the stall is also entirely up to you which is advantageous when you have to compete for attention.
I’ve love just browsing slowly through the stall for some interesting and unique pieces. One of my favourite stall is a design shop next to the escalator inside. They sell many cute notebooks and stationery, illustrated postcards, amazing candles, lip balm. And their washi tape collection is really pretty.

Online business though it cheaper but its getting much more competitive nowadays and you really need time to build up your reputation. On the hand, setting up a physical store/​shop is very costly and it will take some time to breakeven, that also provided the business is going well. So, what options do you have if you are keen to start your own business? My answer to you — Pop at Jaya One.
What’s Pop at Jaya One? It is a pop-​up stall concept, where you can rent a space to sell your products. You can rent a space as small as XS or opt for bigger ones like XL. You can get the exact measurement from the website or drop by Pop to have a feel of the area. Currently, most of the vendors in Pop are selling clothing for ladies but they have stalls selling kids clothing, natural skin care/​products, Lego and toys, and others.
At Pop, you have the freedom to choose how many days you would like to rent the space. You can use this to test the market and bring awareness to your shop or online business, while not paying too much. You do not need to be physically there at the stall, as they have staffs to help you with selling the products and collecting the sale for you, and return the sales money to you. However, the rental would be slightly higher if you opt for this service. The rental would be slightly cheaper if you choose to do the work yourself.
Personally, I think this is a very good idea especially if you just start-​up your business, or want to create more awareness to your business. It’s cheaper than setting up a physical store, and less hassle too.

Do you ever want to be a boss? I mean you own your own shop and earn money from your business. I bet everyone wants to be. However, due to certain reason, for example, rental is expensive, your dream is still your dream. Well, Jaya One has come out with very great concept in The School — Pop. Pop allows you to rent a space and sells your products. It is similar to normal rent of a store; the difference is you don’t need to have any contract. Meaning you can stop to rent that space anytime. You can choose to sell your products there for a day, a week, or only in the weekend.
Okay, a question you may think of is you need to hire someone to help managing your stall if you can’t manage your business yourself. Well, Pop has thought about that. Therefore, they actually help you take care your business. The preparation for you new start-​up business at Pop is your product, your shop set up and vendor fee. As long as you have your price on the products, Pop has staff to help managing your business. They will help you take care, sells and receive payment. When you come to Pop, they will give you all your sales! Sound good, isn’t it?
I personally think this concept is brilliant! You can test your market, and customers can get to know your shop more. That is beneficial to both parties. Since I am working at Jaya One, I somehow know the development here. I realized more and more business actually joined Pop. Some have their physical outlet at other area, but they still choose to rent a space at Pop to run their business.
Overall, Pop by Jaya One is a trendy and fresh concept in PJ now. Many started up with small business at Pop, and earn money. If it helps in earning more, why not then? Who don’t like to have more money?
