When I came across Simply D, the menu and desserts look promising. They seemed to have very own original offerings — pastas, burger, noodles and a number of mouth-​watering desserts — and price is cheaper than most places in the mall, so my friend and I decided to give it a try. After all, the atmosphere looks nice enough to sit a while for a catch up session with a friend. I ordered the Salted Egg Pumpkin Pasta. Food looked appetising when served, but disappointing when tasted. The pasta was not very well-​cooked and it’s too bland. We were kind of let down by the food that we decided to forgo desserts, although their cakes did look deliciously tempting.
