That was an amazing experience, the service was nice and the food arrived promptly before we flew. The chicken is coated in the signature delicious mild spicy sauce, while the chicken is soft and hot. The sides were great, however I wished they would give me on the plate. Bottomless drinks are the best and overall the entire experience was great. Just be careful for the service charge and GST charges at the end as they are not shown twin the menu.

Over the weekend I had the extreme displeasure of attempting to dine at the Nandos branch in Gateaway@KLIA2 and had to walk out. My partner is lactose intolerant and when we placed the order had specifically asked for no basting because he gets an allergic reaction. The chicken arrived with basting so we sent it back explaining he can’t eat it and that we requested no basting. They returned minutes later with the same chicken that looked as if they simply wiped the chicken down. We called the staff over and requested they make the order new because of my partner’s dietary requirements. We then proceeded to watch your staff change the chicken to a new plate and insist to us that they had made it again despite watching them swap plates and bring the order over. So we got up and left without eating or paying. We are regular Nandos customers eating at your branches throughout Singapore, London and Sydney. I was really appalled at the level of service we encountered at your KLIA2 branch and I hope you could look into training your staff on customer service send food halt and safety. We had to go next door to eat at another food establishment and upon coming out to catch our flight the entire staff attempted to surround us like a ring of bullies to demand we pay for the chicken that we could not consume after explaining several times when we were sat there at the restaurant and then again when the staff had surrounded us attempting to extract payment for a meal that couldn’t be consumed. Airport security had to come over and explain that since we couldn’t eat the food and ended up buying a second meal at another establishment we could hardly be expected to pay for the meal we couldn’t eat. I was shocked at the level of unprofessionalism exhibited by your staff at KLIA2 today and hope that Nando’s will investigate this matter fully and address the way that food is handled at your KLIA2 branch. I also hope that Nando’s looks into the way customer service is managed at this branch and trains their staff in dealing with customers. I have never before encountered this at any other Nando’s worldwide and would like to assume this has more to do with the incompetence of the staff at this particular branch. I do hope for other customers at KLIA2 that this matter is addressed.

I’m a keen fan of Nandos — probably the best chicken chain around — but every time I fly out from KLIA2 I know I’ll always be spoiled with food options. Why do I always choose this Nandos? Well, for one, the price remains reasonable despite its high-rent area… Plus, even when it’s as busy as it is now, it never feels like the service takes ages. They run a tight ship here.

Back then on my university time, nandos is definitely a food place to go to during weekend. I love nandos and I barely get bored eating it. Their chicken is grilled with sauces and spices that just makes you feel like wanting more and more. It is pretty unfortunate that the service in nandos KLIA two are just so horrible. I was there for my morning flight, and nandos opened 24 hours, so I was like, why don’t have nandos for breakfast?! Especially when you start thinking about the chicken and chips showered with the peri sprinkle already. I ordered the quarter chicken with two sidelines and at that time I was still way ahead with our flight time. I was waiting with my boyfriend for around half and hour, and it never happened to me(or us) before. The service was horrible, I mean there was barely a service. The cook was just one at that time and I don’t know how to they are not getting more chef especially when you are putting 24 hours sign in your store. I definitely won’t be coming or recommending nandos in KLIA two to anymore.
