Briani is one of my favourite meal. I always got a chance to eat Briani whenever there are some important occasions such as weddings and etc. But today, I don’t even have to wait for someone’s that I know get married just to taste the deliciousness of briani. Pak Anjang Briani has serve the best Briani for the past few years.
Originated from Johore, Pak Anjang’s name is not something rare. When I stayed at Penang, my Johorian friend talked a lot about Pak Anjang until I got the chance to have a taste of it’s famous Briani because the Shah Alam’s branch just located few miles away from my house. Sorry, I can’t tell you a lot about other foods here because Briani is the only reason that I came for. I went with the Chicken Briani and it tasted marvelously well. The rice are coloured nicely and the smell is good.
As for the chicken, so tender and tasty at the same time. Such a huge combination with the rice. I would say that this is one of the best Briani that I tasted in my entire life. No wonder my friend talked a lot about it.
