Hotelera Coral

Great price and service. We had a suite on the 4^th floor. Room was clean, TV had a few American channels.
Cons–
Bedrooms are next to outside hallways. So you’ll hear the noise from outside
Balconies are not very child safe.
On the north side of town. Not very centralized but, you’ll get over it
Everything else was excellent. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

our 1 bedroom with mini living room was cozy, comfortable and the beds were huge.
we had two lcd tvs in the room and one in living room.
we had a balcony ocean view.
they have a gym, Jacuzzi, pools and buffet and more.
About $ 180 dls per night. they charge me extra cause we were 4 people.
Overall had a great time at Hotel Coral very clean and beautiful.
Will go again in the future.

I purchased a deal from Reader City SD for Hotel Coral which included 2 night stay, a couples massage, a wine tour and daily breakfast. The purchasing part was easy, but actually redeeming and booking the dates took some work (i could write the entire essay on that booking ordeal).
Driving and finding the hotel wasn’t that hard at all, its a nice coastal drive, the only negative part of the drive is the detour you have to take (due to repairs), otherwise it doesn’t take long at all to get to Ensenada. Once we got to our room i noticed that it was, how can i say it… old. The carpet was worn, the furniture was from the 80s and so on. The pictures from Reader City deal looked nothing like the room we got, so be aware of this when you make your booking. The reception desk told me that only the 6^th floor of the hotel got upgraded and remodeled. With that said, i made sure that we got the room we were advertised. After all the dust settled, we got moved to a better suite on the 6^th floor and that’s when the weekend get away finally begun.
Now about the hotel, there are 2 pools, one is heated indoor pool and one is outdoor. There is also a pretty large jacuzzi. I really enjoyed the steam room and the sauna, it seemed that no one was using it but me. Overall the hotel grounds are very well maintained. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Breakfast buffet was very satisfying, it was parade of authentic Mexican dishes, like mole, machaca, stuffed poblano peppers, posole. i can go on and on. There is a daily happy hour — 2 for 1.
Most of the hotel residents were from LA or San Diego. Hotel offers a variety of wine and cheese tours to Guadalupe and Ojos Negros valleys.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are huge, comfortable and clean. The restaurant has great food. On Sundays they have a buffet all day that is incredible. The pool and spa are also super.

Este hotel suele ser el único en donde me hospedo cuando estoy en Ensenada visitando familia. Tienen muy bien servicio al cliente y preparan desayunos ricos. El junior suite merece el precio; la habitación es muy amplía y los baños grandes y modernos.
La única cosa que no me gusta es que no admiten perros (siempre viajamos con nuestro perro). También, es un poco caro, especialmente durante el verano ($ 200 – 300).
