We did 10 or so different appetizers including ant eggs. They are very tasty. I would liken them to the herb & butter rice-a-roni back in the states. The spanish sayings on the walls and in the bathroom are entertaining. The service was attentive, place was clean, and the food was tasty. I would reccomend this for a business dinner.

Great option for authentic Mexican dishes In a more upscale environment with great service. The small plates and platters are very shareable and the larger entrees will satisfy people wanting meat, fish, or poultry. Limited vegetarian options(if any). Mariachis were great.

If you want to go for typical Mexican, or take out some foreigners for the first visit to Mexico, you can recommend. Their food is fairly good, there are Mariachi to be satisfied. Personally I like their sopa de Azteca. Also there is various type of tequilla you can enjoy.

It’s the perfect balance for a Mexican restaurant with great food and service. All the good options are great and the prices are just a little bit above average. If you go there you have to try the«pastel Angelical» as desert… It’s the best tres leches desert that I have had in a restaurant.

This place is great and the prices are very reasonable. It’s located in an industrial type building that also has a Japanese and Italian restaurant. I came here twice during my visit to Santa Fe, Mexico City. On the first visit, three of us shared the seafood taco platter(don’t remember the Spanish name) and it had about 10 tacos/empanadas for 189 pesos. It was enough for three of us and we didn’t bother ordering entrees. Everything was delicious, but I enjoyed the salmon taco and the fish with cactus one too. I also had the tortilla soup and it was nice too. The second visit was with a much bigger party — about 30 or so people. We didn’t have any advance reservations(besides a few hours) and no fixed menu, yet they somehow served all of us in a very efficient manner. Our host ordered a bunch of apps and the escamole on a tortilla was really good. The mariachi band(yes live entertainment during dinner time). It made the entire dinner very interactive. Verdict: good cheap authentic Mexican food. If you are in Santa Fe, you won’t be disappointed.
