A world class experience! Enrique and his family offer a unique experience in Mexico culture and cooking the food. You go to the market the back home and cook everything over 5 hours. A must experience!

Wonderful experience! What a memorable way to spend an afternoon enjoying the company of a local chef who is passionate and motivated about food. We were thrilled to learn we would be cooking at Chef Rosaella’s home to study how to cook several traditional Mexican dishes.
After shopping locally in the city we headed to her home and learned what it took for her to build her business. She is a partner to the owner and because it was just us two we enjoyed the unique and specialized event. If you’re looking to immerse yourself into the local flair I’d highly recommend this event. I recommend Chef Rosaella as you will be guaranteed an experience you’ll never forget and go home with local recipes you can share an experience with friends and family.

Enrique is the proprietor. He offers several services: in-​home (your home) cooking, cooking in his house, and tours (e.g. Taco tours). All food is made fresh, picked from local grocery stores. You choose whether you want fish, beef, chicken, etc. Real, authentic Mexican cuisine. Terrific family experience. A true Mi Casa es Su Casa.
