To whom it may concern,
This is not a review this branch but of the bank in general.
Worse interest rate in history. Worst costumer service in history.
Long story short I paid my vehicle loan in full due to refanancin my loan trough Navy federal.
Here where the issue stars. This bank never send me nor navy federal the title to the vehicle, thanks to their mistake Navy Federal changed my interest rate.
I have reasons to believe Satender con Navy Federal by not exchanging the money they receive with the lease to the vehicle I’m paying off
