Great cheap fancy hotel in tj. The people that work
there are so polite and respectful. I love how breakfast is free! And the hotel is near some kfc and nike store across the street. Theres also a pharmacy and inside it they sell delicious food like bagels, waffles, dot icecream etc so cool how its open ²⁴⁄₇.

This spot charges $ 40 per night. It gives free breakfast and has a nice restaurant. There cheesecake is outstanding. The employees are really nice and helpful.
Across the street is a subway, a Chinese food and sushi restaurant. There’s also a ²⁴⁄₇ farmacy that sells delicious ice cream dots and paninis.
If you exit the hotel, take a left and walk you will find a big interior swap meet on your left. On your right you will find a Mexican pizza restaurant and eventually a money exchanger and a dollar store.

El Terranova es un hotelito de formato pequeño, por decirlo de algún modo, que tiene cosa menos de 30 años en la Delegación de La Mesa. Ubicado sobre el Blvd. Díaz Ordaz, una de las vialidades más importantes de Tijuana; frente al Centro Comercial Las Palmas, ofrece no muchas, pero limpias habitaciones, con las facilidades necesarias para que tu estancia resulte cómoda. El ambiente es familiar y ejecutivo, apto para viajes de negocios o vacaciones familiares.
Con arquitectura y diseño muy bien cuidado, fachada amable en tonos claros; estacionamiento interior, en su patio central, para seguridad y tranquilidad de sus clientes; tiene las ventajas de su céntrica ubicación, resguardando la privacidad y descanso de sus huéspedes en instalaciones con aire romántico y tranquilo.
Cerca de hospitales, bancos y comercios; es de fácil acceso también en transporte público. Sus precios son razonables y su hospitalidad invita a regresar. Sin duda una buena opción para quien visite la ciudad.
