My week long stay here was so relaxing. Jose and all of wonderful staff made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in the door. Once you enter inside you feel are greeted with absolutely beautiful art work, pottery & crafts. The courtyard is very tranquil and relaxing. There are tons of plants, birds, a waterfall, fireplace and chairs/table tucked away in little private corners. Thru out our stay everyone was so helpful with directions and basic tourist information we needed. The breakfast each morning was very delicious and filling. Some of the receipes were that of Stan’s whom is a chef. We stayed in the Master Suite which was beutifully decorated and huge space. It included 2 beds and a seperate livingroom area. The beds were indeed quite comfy so that pleased me.

Wow! This was an amazing place with amazing hosts. The location is ideal for those wanting an authentic visit to Mexico(ie, not a tourist-trap hotel, but with all the amenities you need). It is located in a nice, safe area in Tlaquepaque, within easy walking distance of the downtown Tlaguepaque area with beautiful art galleries and a huge number of street artists, as well as the usual Mexican open-air church square at the center of it all. Guadalajara is an easy cab ride away. The B&B has a lush and beautiful inner courtyard filled with plants and birds, many very comfortable lounging areas, extremely friendly staff that refill your margarita glass constantly, and an amazing art collection. Ask Stan(clearly an art expert) to talk you through the various pottery art forms of Mexico.
