I recommend that you stay away from this insurance Broker.
I insured my beautiful BMW 330i motorsport coupe (registration BJK545) with them for $ 30,000.00 The car was written off by another driver when it was stationary and Aon agreed to pay out on the car at their valuation of $ 13,000. We decided to get two other valuations done which valued the car at a higher value. Aon’s own valuer agreed that we would pay a couple of thousand dollars more to purchase a comparable replacement from a car dealer (after the car dealer had done their usual presale prep on the car). Aon informed us that their ‘market value’ assessment of valuation is not what we would buy a replacement car for from a car dealer (as they do not include a car dealers profit as part of their ‘market value’.)
Aon insurance has no process for dispute handling. Aon insurance refused to meet with us on any single occassion to discuss the contradictory valuations despite several requests. I have never struck a situation yet where a service provider flatly refuses to meet with a customer to discuss a dispute.

To this date this dispute was never resolved and as we did not agree to Aon’s declaration on the value of my car that they decided to write off Aon never paid out a single cent for my car.
It seems there was a reason that Aon’s premiums were very competitive. Look elsewhere for insurance service as this company has no customer focus beyond getting your premiums whatsoever.
