Challenge

Ditto what the other reviewers said about service. The people are lovely, always have a smile at the ready and most of the time offer to pump your gas for you, which is a nice touch. The location of the station is highly convenient, at least given whereabouts I live. You can fill up on the way into town without having to detour. Too bad about the limited square footage, as when it’s busy the queue can overlap with the sidewalk and beyond; but that’s just the space they have available I guess. Plus a big bonus in my book is that their hoses stretch right around to either side of your car (or at least my small Honda); so you don’t have the nuisance of having to queue only at the left or right row of pumps. That’s a big plus, especially at such a relatively cramped station, as otherwise it would cause significant traffic jams I imagine.

I NEVER fill my car with gas anywhere but here! Apart from the fact that I’m keen to support local business, this place offers THE best and most friendly customer service.
There’s always someone on the forecourt with a smile ready to fill your tank, check your oil or help with whatever you need.
Run by a brother and sister-​in-​law, they deserve to do really well. Highly recommend!!!

Even I’ve got to admit, it feels strange to writing a review about a petrol station. I mean, a petrol station is a petrol station, right?! Well, yeah, normally I would agree but the service at this family run station is just consistently that good that I felt obliged to write about it.
First off, the family that run this place are fantastic. Always chipper, they never forget to ask how you day is going or if there is else they can help you with. I recently moved back home from overseas and they asked how long how I was back for. I couldn’t believe they remembered me, it had been over a year! The icing on the cake though, is that they are just so god damn efficient. This might seem silly but when are running late it is really quite key. Literally, by the time you have pull up and get out of your car they have already unscrewed the petrol lid and are asking what you need. Not to mention, the minutes you save when you are already inside waiting to pay as soon as they put the petrol hose is back on the hook. It’s efficiency at it’s finest and I love it!
