I came here not to store my boat but actually for an awards night. It was a magical evening and the venue definitely made it awesome. They had cleared all the boats from the centre of the building and filled it with tables, a huge stage and a dance floor.
They had lit the whole building really well so that you could just see the silhouettes of the thousands of boats stacked against the walls. Because there are so many boats stacked so high the venue had huge ceilings making it look feel grand. This made hearing the sound a little difficult though as it bounced around the room quite a bit.
This didn’t stop us from having a great night though. We partied until the wee hours of the morning then carried on to the nearby bars in town and the viaduct.
This place was perfect for a huge, grand event and from what I could see did just as well holding boats.
