A few months ago, I needed the services of a recruitment company, and I needed someone to find me a suitable employee with a diverse set of skills, but still strong in their field. I knew of Quest Recruitment from a previous business venture, having met the founder at a North Shore Enterprise get together.
I called Heidi Boulton and gave her my unique list of requirements, and after only a couple of days she presented me with a list of suitable candidates. The list was so good, that I took on two of the people, and shortlisted another for future head hunting.
