We used The difference to cater a family wedding recently, and they really did make yummy food. They provided the wait staff to walk around with nibbles, wine etc. We chose from their menu about 8 finger food options, 6 dinner options, and a couple of dessert bites to accompany the cake. Everything was yum, and it was impressive the way the chefs worked out of a private home garage. There were few problems, and those that did arise were forgiven due to the success of everything else. Thoroughly recomend as a caterer for your important event, though be sure to specify how you would like your wait staff to distribute the food.
