I love a good Butcher and these guys really know their meat. I popped in here this week to pick up a good ol’ Sunday Roast and the butcher was brilliant. He asked all the necessary questions — what animal? how was I planning on cooking it? how many people it was for? and then went through all my options. He even explained the cooking times for each. Super, super helpful! Anyway, I ended up walking away with huuuge leg of lamb for $ 28 and am now pretty excited for Sunday night. Top Tip: If you are looking for sausages then look no further. These guys have an extensive range made in-house, including the gluten free variety!
