The 22.03.2022 i gave personally for reparation a SENSEO coffie machine.After 2 months they called me to give me back my money or a new machine because the old one was unrepairable. I have been by the BLOKKER 2 days after and nobody new my case. After 30 minutes of different calls and the repeat 2-3 times of my personal details (name , address , e-mails which they had from my previous visit ) they told me that they can repair the machine finally and they will send my machine (after 2 months without coffees) to my address. For the delay they proposed me to give me some coffee (just coffee ) as appologie to the delay. I refused thei coffee offer and i left saying that their administration is even worst than Bangladesh. BLOKKER , SIEMENS , SENSEO never again.
