Deen Nierstraat

I am a new fan of Deen because they have more to offer as oppose to other grocery stores in Amsterdam. I normally shop at Albert Heijn on a regular base and stop through Eko Plaza, Marqt and the Turkish market from time to time, but it was so refreshing to see a new grocery store on the block. Deen is a popular chain grocery store located all over the Netherlands. Deen is on top of it when it comes to fresh produce, variety and organization. The only advice I would suggest to them is to expand on their Gluten free section, it needs a lot of improvement. I think what I love the most about this market is their wide range of plants and flowers, which are set up so beautiful in front of the shop. It’s nothing like picking up a set up of beautiful flowers on your way home from the market. Also, Dutchman was very happy with their barbeque ribs. They offer a little bit more variety in their meat section for the carnivore (meat eaters).
