It has been a ridiculous experience. Because the APK is obligatory, the employees of Kwik Fit, expect the client to pay for whatever issue they find with the car. Over the phone I was told by the manager about an issue which he suggested it would cost me € 500. I was suspicious about the issue, so I visited Kwik Fit myself. There I asked another employee to show me the issue. By showing me the issue, the employee was able to fix it in 10 minutes. So if I didn’t insist to look at the issue, they simply were going to charge me € 500 for something which at the end proved to not be what they first thought. Their negligence to carry their APK research properly, would have cost me dearly. Who knows if they do this often or if it was an unlucky incident!!!
