I found a grocery story in Amsterdam, which is equivalent to Whole Foods Market and Trader Joes! I almost fell out when I saw that they had a whole row of gluten-​free foods. Amsterdam is known for being very health food friendly. If your one of those people with many allergies, or just want to eat healthy while your on vacation, then I would suggest doing your grocery shopping at Natuur Winkel. There are «health food» stores all over called «Natuur Winkle» and most of the regular super markets such as Albert Heijn, also sell plenty of Gluten-​free items. They even know the proper way of recycling bags from the store. I wish more stores would try this recycling method.
