We recently took our kids to Holland and after a week of eating Dutch meat and potatoes this place was a delightful surprise. The kids had a delicious spaghetti bolognese, and they loved the little gummies on the straws of their water cups – a nice touch. My husband and I ate the salmon and roast beef and the salmon was especially well cooked. And the location was gorgeous. We sat on the covered porch overlooking the fountain in the Berg en Bos park’s pond. We shared a slice of chocolate cake for dessert, which the kids devoured. We go to Holland frequently – we have family there – and will make a point of returning to this restaurant the next time we visit.

Was looking for a place to stop in with my kids and stumbled across this gem in Apeldorm. I would define this restaurant as having upscale delicious food in a very comfortable atmosphere. The salmon was delicious and my husband loved the crab salad. My kids had pasta which they loved and we had to order another helping which never happens! Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Visiting Apeldoorn from NYC, we were lucky enough to be there when this gorgeous new restaurant had just opened. The setting, inside Berg en Bos, was beautiful. And the food was outstanding — we ate a lunch there (crab salad and Brie sandwiches yum, Turkish pizza extra yum) and decided we wanted to come back for dinner! We weren’t disappointed, loved both pasta dishes we tried, and the menu was varied enough we’d have been happy to go back the next night! We were so happy to have found this place, and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Apeldoorn!
