So you are in Warsaw, it ios raining and you want to eat something. I ended up getting something at the bottom floor in the Zlote Tarasy Mall next to Central Station. The mall itself offers several opportunities but I did fancy some indonasian food so I got attracted to the Bali Bar & Dim Sum. The restaurant is trying to differentiate by serving its dim sum in a bamboo steamer(not really impressive if you are used to asian food but maybe it is for the locals). The location is quite trendy and at the same time some classical touches. It has a bit of a café feeling and there is free wifi for the visitors. The music however could be relaxing if they would just turn the volume down. Then the food, I decided to go for a Nasi Goreng with satay. Being dutch(and grown up with indonesian food) and travelled in Asia a lot so I do have a decent expectation of the different styles. The food was presented nice but the Nasi was to dark and the shrimp overwhelmed the taste. It had a nice burn(not to spicy) but I was missing the satay sauce with my satay. The portion was not to big(I would call it lunch size) but then for 7,5 euro that would be considered decent The selection of DimSum is large, but I am not a Dim Sum guy so I leave that up to others. Overall it is to me more a place I would go for a quick lunch.
